Power dilemma

Got a problem that I haven't been able to have answered by the dealer...my trailer (2015 Grey Wolf Limited 29BH) has no interior power while on battery or while hooked up to vehicle via 7-way wire harness. Running lights, brake lights and brake assist work fine. Battery is also charging while hooked up to the tow vehicle. Interior power does work on camp hookup. I've checked all fuses and breakers. Could it be a problem with the 7-way harness or is there trouble somewhere within the trailer?

There could be a problem with the 7-wire harness but--I'd think this was unlikely as you state that the TT battery will charge using the tow vehicles 7-way plug. "Interior power does work on camp hookup." I will understand this to mean your 12v lighting system which would obtain power from your convertor, not the battery while on shore power. I believe that is an internal switch on your convertor that switches over between power supplies. I have found, at times, that a wire was not hooked up at a junction box somewhere near the front of the unit. Units with the "covered under-belly" are harder to find for sure. This it the point where the wiring from your pigtail (the 7-wire connector made to your TT) connects to the TT's wiring. You, or someone, will have to trace the wiring back from the tow vehicle's 7-wire plug all the way to the convertor on this one. Make sure that ALL of the pins at the 7-wire connector of the tow vehicle are working before starting this process.

I would check for a mini-breaker underneath front of trailer near tongue and reset it, usually that's what it is. Push in small black button.
