Power inverter question

I'm a newbie and have a question regarding an issue I had before trip.
I have a 2015 gray wolf 26bdh. I brought TT back home for 2 nights before trip to prep and load. Left it plugged into my truck the whole time.
- The morning of, the truck wouldn't start so I assumed dead battery, so I jumped started the truck while trailer plugged in and worked just fine. But I did smell something like electronic but didn't linger long enough for me to figure where it's coming from.
- Continued to destination no problem. I set up TT like always but when plugged into shore power I noticed that the cap where I plug in normally has a green LED on cap that flips up was not on but power was being supplied to TT and my batteries looked like they got charged during 3 day camp trip. I also notice that the fan on the converter came on and stayed on the whole time. It has never turned on before this trip, so it leads me to believe that both are related.
- I have pulled the power converter out to look at damaged components. I looked at all fuses and all looks fine.
I will be disconnecting my batteries and plug into house and see if batteries are the problem. They are 1 year old interstate.
- O is there a reset button on converter? Battery input??

Any suggestions what to look for?? Thanks

Hi all, got home today and disconnected battery and plugged into house outlet. The fan didn't turn on converter. But flip cap LED still off(furrion connection). Disconnected power and reconnected battery and connected power and the fan turn on once again.
I check power cable connected to house and it reads 122.4 volts. I checked battery and reads 12.3 volts.
Any suggestions are welcome
