Power problems at the Campground

We were enjoying the a/c early on Saturday when I heard some disturbance outside, looked and saw four men looking at the power pedestal for the TT next to us.

I went outside and found out that four of the sites next to mine were now showing 240v on the 30A and 50A circuits. My Surge Guard, 30A with the digital readout was showing all is well.

The "electrician" (he said he just fixes, not a licensed one), said that my site was on a different panel.

At that point the DW and I both realized we made a good investment in the Surge Guard.

I was troubled later in the afternoon after I inquired about the status of the power when he said he had not fixed the issue yet, though had the voltage down to 160Vac. I do know the four rigs were without power all day on Saturday.

Most likely damaged as well.
They will only find out when they do get AC back up.

Their "electrician" is not much of one if an open neutral is a mystery...
