Friend suggested bits a ground issue and I need to tires a ground wire on the Predator ground lug to the camper frame?
I'm wondering if other Predator 3500 users have experience d this?

vmfa, You need to buy a 120V, male Plug and put a short piece of #12Cu wire between the ground lug (roundish lug) and the Neutral lug (Wider flat lug on the plug and/or possibly silver in color). You plug this into an unused 120V generator outlet. Now the EMS should work without error. You do not need to bond the frame of the RV to the generator frame, since that is redundant. Also, unless you are planning to install at least 2, 8 ft ground rods (full length), 5 ft apart, you are wasting your time with trying to establish a true earth ground for the generator. I do recommend you test the skin of the RV with a non contact voltage tester, just to be sure you do not have a hot skin and light-up somebody touching the RV while standing on the ground. You should be doing this whether on generator or shore power, regardless. Good Camping .... Swampy
