Programming Prosine 2.0

I dunno... asked a question over at RV.net and got told it's easy if you have the book, but I have the book and I'm confused. I am having difficulty determining the programming for my Prosine 2.0 with 2 130 Ah batteries.

For example, the battery manufacturer says about bulk charge - Constant current @~10% of C/20 Ah in amps to 2.40 volts per cell. To me that says that at a MAX 14.4v, I should have a constant charge rate at 13 amps to move to the absorbtion mode. The Prosine bulk charge programming allows for a max voltage, max current, threshold voltage, and threshold timeout but no place can I see how to set the 13 amp constant charge parameter.

I get the timeout parameter but not the threshold voltage when trying to determine constant amp charge. Can you help?
