propane fuel adaptor for small portable generator

I'm interested in installing a low-pressure propane adaptor for running my Yamaha EF1000iS. Has anyone had any experience with running a small portable generator with propane? Here's a link to a kit that I'm considering:

I have a similar kit on my EF3000SiB and love it.

My "Emergency" fuel literally lasts forever. Gasoline has to be swapped out every year (and Sta-Bil has to be added to the Jerry Cans).
