It might be easier to make up a new cable yourself. The 7 pin connector is available almost anywhere, including Wal-Mart. The 6 pin is going to be a little harder to find - you might have to go to an RV place with a good parts department (I think my 2000 Coleman Westlake also had a 6 pin connection at the trailer end).
So do what I did on the Coleman (I had the same issue) - cut off the existing cable near the 7 pin and re-use the 6 pin end. Splice in 7 new wires and the new 7 pin connector. Make it to any length you want. For the new wire, I would go up a gauge or two from what the factory used. Just make sure it will fit into the 7 pin Bargman.
I used butt-end weather-proof connectors - apply heat to seal the plastic after crimping and giving a real pull test to the joint. I then wrapped my new cable in electrical tape to protect against chafe and stiffen the cable. Nowadays, heat shrink is easier and faster (but you have to remember to slip the heat shrink on before making the connections).
