I've pretty much checked all mentioned. I'll dig into it deeper when I get back.

Thanks guys

Made it through the trip. Funny thing is that when I disconnected the battery cables and hook up the battery tester to the cables it showed 12 volts. When I put a load on it it showed weak. This is the power coming from the converter only. I understand it's a slow charge system so I think the weak reading really doesn't have any bearing right ?
So, it appears the converter is working but it just can't keep up. The idiot gauge for the battery in the 5r drops all the way to the lowest reading. When I pulled the battery out the charger showed only 10% charged.
The converter is the original and is only 2 years old.

Converter should be reading high 13 to almost 14 if it was working right. So, it sounds like a bad converter.

Quick Question

That's what I thought. Gonna swap it out but not with the same brand. I just installed my Progressive 50 amp EMS for the second time. I've had enough time in the basement. When I go back in to install the new converter it will be a good one.
