Rear Heat Pump keeps tripping breaker

My rear Heatpump keeps tripping the breaker. Runs for a couple mins and then trips the breaker. I have turned the breakers off for the other two and that doesn't seem to matter. I am going to replace the breaker? or is there something else I need to check. This is with the generator running.
Just bought this and don't have any manuals
