Rear tail light - solid with no blinker

I pulled the trailer out of storage yesterday and before leaving the parking lot did a walk around to check lights and noticed with the running lights on the right tail light was on constant "on" - brighter than the right tail light and it didn't blink with the blinker or hazards. If I turn the parking lights in the tow vehicle off it will go dim and then blink with the blinker.

We got our new Surveyor SP-260 last year and so far have loved it. It took a while for the license plate to come and when I got it I went to put it on and noticed there was no where to hang it. At the factory they had put on two right tail lights and not put on a light with the clear bottom and bolts for placing the plate. The dealer swapped the light out for us, but now I'm thinking they messed up the wiring when they did that.

I pulled the light to see if I could determine what happend that there are three bundles of wire:
* About 6 white wires going into one crimp style wire nut
* Two or three blacks into another
* Two Greens and one white with green stripe in a third

At first I didn't see the green stripe so thought they just put a common into the green. I pulle that out and it cut the power to the top marker lights.

I can take it back to the dealer, but their service is only open weekdays 8-5 which is a pain. Is the other alternative to just take all the bundles apart and try check wire by wire with a multimeter until I find the one white that stays "on" when it's not supposed to?

Oh, and just to make sure it wasn't an issue with the two vehicle I plugged it into a neighbors rig and had the same issue, so I've at least isolated it to the trailer.

Is that the ground on the light plugin or the plugin to the tow vehicle? I checked all connections on the light.

One thing i was incorrect on was the black wire on this light goes to a red wire in the trailer.

follow the white wire on both TV and TT & make sure the connections are tight and not corroded

I had looked at the bulb and connections and didn't see any corrosion. Everything looked pretty clean. In looking at the wiring colors it all appears correct. The White with Green stripe was the one that threw me for a bit of a loop, but when I disconnected that it turned off the marker lights at the top of the trailer. It's like the red wire was in constant "on" when the parking lights on the tow vehicle were turned on.

I dropped the trailer off at the dealer last night so hopefully they can take a look at it in the next couple days.
