Refrigerator and single outlet in kitchen have no power

Hello everybody,

We just purchased a new 2017 Forest River Heritage Glen 372RD and have been living in it for a couple weeks now (connected to 50A shore power the entire time)

This evening, we noticed the light on the (whirlpool residential) refrigerator wasn't on and it seems as if it is not running. I don't remember it making much noise when it was on, but I'm fairly certain it is not cooling at all.

We also noticed the 120v outlet that is on the same slide out as the refrigerator is not receiving power either (tested with multimeter). This led me to believe the breaker or a GFCI outlet had tripped, but it appears the only GFCI outlet in the RV is in the bathroom. I cycled that as well as cycling all of the breakers and still don't have power.

I am considering removing the fridge to see if there's a GFCI outlet behind it. I wouldn't think a GFCI outlet would be behind the fridge like that, but we are new to the RV life, so I suppose there could be.

I also turned on the inverter to see if that would do anything, but it didn't.

Do you guys have any suggestions or have you had any similar experiences? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Edit: all other lights/outlets/appliances in the RV are operating.

Update for more info:

I pulled a drawer out and found this connector which appears to connect the outlet behind the refrigerator and the outlet on the slide-out that's not receiving any power. The other end of it leads underneath the slide and then outside it disappears into the unknown abyss of the underbelly of the RV. Tested the connection coming inside with a multimeter, I am getting 0v with both the inverter on and off. I hate to have to start taking the panels off on the underside, but will if I know the solution is hiding under there.

I would look for the common connection for the inverter or 110V power more then likely behind the distribution panel and see if the connection has come loose. This is a guess on my part so take it for what its worth. I'm sure someone with a similar rig will chime in with better advise.
