Remote control & awning not working

2016 Forest River Wildwood 26TBSS travel trailer

Had trouble with remote before leaving home, but thought we had problem ironed out.
Was stranded in campground due to awning, stabilizers and slide not retracting (both remote & manual switch). After 2 hrs of trying different things, finally got everything closed up manually.
Once home, took care of slide and stabilizers.
However, awning still not working (by remote or by switch inside door of camper).
Any advice?

Need more info. When you say “remote control” are you referring to an LCI ONE-Control or some other type of remote?

Sorry I didn't have the info on the remote for you.
In the meantime, hubby found the problem.

Was difficult finding the power sources for some of these things.
Had to remove the wall cover (screwed in place), which was under the refrigerator. *** Blown fuse!
Pet peeve: I've kept every paper that came with our camper NOT ONE page gives diagrams nor location of power sources. It's always trial and error trying to locate things with this camper.

What would be so difficult for Forest River to simply include said info with owners manuals?
