Replace burned out LED ceiling lights?

I have a 2012 Cedar Creek Cottage destination trailer. BIG MONSTER!!
We keep it permanently located as a seasonal camper; no travelling for this baby!
Since the beginning of the current camping season, I've burned out all three 12 volt bulbs in the drop-down fixtures over the kitchen work island, the fan light is flickering, and two of the reputed "40-year life" LED flush mounted bulbs in the ceiling have died.
My questions pertain only to the burned-out LED bulbs.
I've tried to hand unscrew the burned-out LED bulbs without success. MY RV dealer service manager promised to call me back with removal instructions, but I'm still waiting.........
The lights are 3-1/2 inch frosted flat white domes and I'd like to: (1) replace them, and (2) where can I buy replacements?
My RV parts department offered to order replacement bulbs for me, but I don't know how long it will take to get them.
Any assistance will be humbly appreciated.
Hank

It would help if you could take some pictures of the bulbs and fixtures you are looking to replace. Then perhaps someone that has already tackled the problem could help.
