Replacing TV in 2006 Sunseeker overcab entertainment cabinet?

We just purchased a new flat screen TV to replace the original TV.
I see that the previous owner has placed an access panel on the right side of the cabinet. A King Dome was installed by them. My question is what do I have to be concerned about. There is a picture frame type around the opening so I know to take this off to remove the old TV. How should the new TV be secured? Any and all tips welcomed.
