That is where mine is on our 2504. All the fuses and breakers are there. What do you mean lost a/c power? Do you have power at the post? Jay

I have power to the post, blue light on the female side of power cord. No power to slide, awning, microwave etc. Tried gender and 30
Amp house power. I opened the fuse panel and found the converter. There's is a ceramic
Fuse inside. All other fuses and beakers are good.

The slide runs off 12volts. The microwave runs on 120volts. Is the battery turned on? If so could it be dead? I have never plugged in to shore power with the battery turned off but I think that the microwave would still work. Is there power at any 120 outlet in the rv? Check the ground fault on the outlet by the door. Try a ceiling light to see if it comes on. If you left the battery on and the camper not plugged in in a few days the battery will be dead. Ask me how I know. Jay

I pulled out the converter and tested the pictured fuse; no good. Does the power pass between this module? I get 120 volts to the board.Click image for larger version

I have never pulled mine apart. Are your batteries dead? Just a thought, the fuse blew because the battery is completely dead or bad. Do you have any power on the 12volt side? If not check the voltage directly at the battery. Hopefully someone who has converter experience will chime in. Jay

I take it that you are talking about the 30amp plug that the TT plugs into? Did you have one put in at home? Jay

Glad you found the problem. 220 volts to the camper could result in a "bad hair day". Jay

Kingair, this happens way more than you would think.
There are tons of threads and posts of this happening.
We always try to warn those having a home hookup installed, that this often happens.

But they have to ask for help/info BEFORE the electrician starts.

You may have more damage than just the converter.
