Solar charge controllers mppt

Looking for reviews and your experiences with 30-40 amp charge controllers. I couldn't find much for reviews online, maybe not looking in the right areas? Same applies to forum searches. Lots of info on solar systems but not specifically for controllers. E.g. One article I found stated that the renogy tracer had a lot of hash (static) while batteries were charging. Not great if you are watching TV while charging. What are some of your pros and cons?

I have installed and used the EP Ever Tracer MPPT controllers on 3 different trailers and have not had any issues with interference while watching TV.
I have had zero complaints and or issues with these controllers.

I have Renogy Tracer MPPT solar controllers in my RV and my cabin and have no complaints what so ever. Three years on the RV and two years at the cabin. I'm using 40 amp units at both places and never turn them off. No static on the TVs or computers.

I also have a 40a Tracer with the remote screen on a 520 Watt system. Just went in 2 weeks ago. No interference with TV (antenna) or radio. Seems to do its job well. Just make sure you set it to the right battery type.

Slightly OT, but get a controller that is 30-50% larger than you think you need, that way you can add panels without buying another controller.

Smile Only 40A

EP Ever Tracer MPPT 40 is what I use. Great controller stays cool uses cooling fins as heat sink. Go with a 40 amp, then you can always add additional panels up to 520w total without needing to purchase another controller because your 30 is too small to handle amps. I added an MT50 remote screen System has NO static
