Question Solar Panel Mounting Base

I am developing a microcomputer based solar tracker that will keep my solar panel directed toward the sun as it moves from East to West each day.

While I have the micro controller, its light sensors and programming worked out, I need some advise on how to construct a base to set the panel itself on that will rotate freely using the torque and rotation of a servo motor drive.

Any ideas ??
