Sound bar/stereo current draw

I took my first boondocking trip in my 2017 Palomino Puma Unleashed 373-qsi, and had the batteries run out sunday night. No crazy heater usage, no big light usage, just normal in/out for lights, water pump intermittently, and so on.

Seemed a bit overkill since I did the same camping trip in my old trailer, similar usage just smaller trailer (24ft bumper pull) and even play the stereo 12+ hrs a day and not drain the 2 batteries down more than halfway after 2 days.

So at home I took a multimeter to the battery connection and studied the draw.

when plugged in to shore power, the battery draw was still 0.32a Unplugging the stereo fuse, dropped it to 0.11a. unplugging the shore power, without the stereo fuse in, it stayed the same, 0.11-0.12a. plugging in the stereo fuse, it went to 0.88A... This is all with the sound bar off and that sorry excuse of a dvd player off.

The thing that made me suspect the soundbar is that I had a usb thumb drive plugged in it the entire time and when I pulled it out during the trip, it was hot - like reading/writing files constantly kind of hot. Even though music was off the entire time...

Anyone have any good stereo/sound bar replacements they wanna suggest for upgrading this thing? The sound system is pretty sorry as it is, and having it account for such a big portion of the draw (over 750ma) when on battery seems very wasteful... Until I do find a suitable replacement, I do think I'm gonna keep the fuse out of it.

Yes, I also found that the media player takes power even when not turned on. I pulled the unit and installed a switch in the power line so I can switch off the unit without affecting anything else.

I did not notice that the media player display was dimly lit even when the unit power switch is off.

I also boondock and there are no radio or TV stations anyways. It's the reason I go there.
