transfer switch

I'm not getting 120V when the generator is running. I assume the transfer switch is bad. This is a 2007 Sunseeker with a 4000 Onan..Does anyone know where the transfer switch is? Or could it be something else? Just bought this unit at auction..

Check for a circuit breaker on the top of the generator. If it's tripped, you'll get no 120 AC. Try turning off and resetting the breaker. It might be that simple.

Have you verified that the 1 (30amp) breaker on the generator are on?
Heve you verified that the electrical panel with the breakers is not tripped? Just turn off and back on again.

If you still don't have power you will need someone familiar with electricity to check just were it stops.
It also could be at the generator, transfer switch or electrical panel inside.
