USB Charger not working!

On our second time out in our Micro Lite, I tried using the USB ports next to the 12 volt car charger outlet but neither one of the USB ports would charge my phone.
the 12 volt car outlet does have power they are mounted together in the same housing.
has any one had this problem? Am I not doing something correctly ?

thanks for your help.

Most likely not wired properly behind USB port(reversed polarity)

I have a couple of cords that do not charge my phone but work great for communication. They do make some that will not charge I believe.

Same Here

The USB chargers next to the 12 volt stopped working this weekend. It is a 2016 Micro Lite. They worked great for the first 6 weeks and now they don't. I don't think it could be reverse polarity since they were fine to begin with like the original poster. I haven't had a chance yet to pull it apart to see what is going on. All the fuses looked good in the control center. Maybe there is a little fuse behind it...I have know idea. This isn't a major feature, but we got used to it and it was pretty handy for all of today's electronics. Any ideas or insight would be greatly appreciated.

USB Charger Fixed

OP. I was having the same problem. I took out the usb charger and replaced it with a new one from Amazon for $11. It works great now. While I was at it a replace the 12 volt charger with another USB. So now we can charge four devices at once. I think the charging unit is bad in yours as well.

XYZ boat is the brand I found. This one has a little LED to tell you if it has power or not which I found useful. I just used the wires from the old unit (cut them near the base) and the provided electric hookups. This site is a great help!

Exactly the same problem. Worked fine then didn't. Checked the wiring. My guess is that the USB part failed since the 12 volt plug works fine.

The charging station in the bedroom of my Wildcat didn't work when delivered. The 12 socket worked but the USB chargers did not. My dealer ordered a replacement and had it sent to my home where I installed it. The original one was wired correctly but didn't work, while the new one worked fine.

Mine works but won't charge two phones at once. Does OK with one but when two are connected it keeps cutting out and restarts the charge process like when you first plug in your phone. Will be looking into an aftermarket replacement before long.

Could someone explain the coach 12V socket(s)? Is that a convenience connected to the house 12V so you can use it if you happen to have a car charger in hand rather than USB, or is connected to the chassis 12V for when the engine is running not the house power. I assume the former due to electrical separation issues. Thanks!
