WF-5100 Inverter Issues

I have a WF-5100, 1000 watt inverter. The inverter supplies the ac power to the residential refrigerator in my Silverback 33IK. I’ve developed a problem. The inverter shuts down (intermittently) while driving and the only way to get it to restart is to unscrew the ac output fuse that is located on the front panel and screw it back in. The fuse is not blown. The inverter may or may not shut down again. Has anyone else experience an issue such as this?

Just for info, the RV is a 2016. We’ve owned it for 3 years and have towed it over 25K Miles. This is a new phenomenon.
