I've in the past had issues with several wfco converters and only recommend progressive dynamics.
But the other day I was using quite a bit of 12v power when I heard my fan ramp up then I heard it even get louder!
So I pulled the cover off to investigate and found not one but 2 fans cooling the unit.
So I can see wfco has upgraded there unit a bit by installing another fan.
Just Fyi.

Wfco's biggest problem is the fan doesn't cool enough or the fan quits all together and the unit overheats till it death.

That's good to know Turbo.

I still like the PD and plan to look at that when I need to replace (but my wfco doesn't seem to want to cooperate and give up the ghost quite yet ).

I like the PDs ability to set the charging stage when charging the batteries. My wfco really isn't the best for charging my two Trojans.

I'm with u on the pd
By the way the 9100 series and 9200 series do NOT need a battery to function properly.
Even under high loads such as slides the pd will work fine.

I loved that little charge pendant!
I should have removed my 70 amp from my tt when I traded it and installed a new wfco 45 .
Darn
