What runs off of 12v DC power

What will run off of the 12v battery when disconnected from shore power? So far only my lights, power winch and a few other small items will operate from the battery. Reason is that when we stop for lunch, etc. it would be nice to run a small fan inside while we eat lunch, etc. as it is pretty hot in Florida these days. I do not want to run the A/C or water heater from DC but can the refer be run from 12v (for a short period)? Do I need to install a separate power inverter and wire it into the board for this? I am extremely knowledgeable about solar power and have existing inverters and panels that I can use for this but I am thinking that for the small amount that I will be using it that I will not significantly drain or damage the battery. If so I can easily upgrade the battery.

I found that my exhaust fan and Fantastic Fan did run off the battery. While I only used them for a short period my battery did drain much faster than expected.

You can buy a fan from Camping World that will run off the battery. And also check into fans for tent camping.

Your refrigerator will run from 12v but is the propane side.
Circuit board on fridge requires 12 v to run propane.
Things that will work while NOT on shore power.
Fridge "propane side"
Water heater "propane side"
Lights.
Water pump.
Furnace.
Roof fans.
Electric jacks.
Electric awning.
