OK, I will "bite"; what is the bird?

Are you referring to the BCC (Battery Control Center)?

Bi directional relay delay (bird) It controls how and where battery charges. Can not find it. The BCC is a fr500r by Rv custom products. It has the Solenoid connecting the coach and chassis battery. Also controls steps awning and few other things. There are two wires connected to soleniod other than main connection which should engage solenoid. I have tested solinoid. BCC solenoid works fine. The bird should have a wire to the ignition to activate and then energize solenoid. If the bird is an intellitech which if I could find it would know for sure has a 2.5 minute delay before it charges chassis battery from alternator. I need help in locating the bird. Coach battery does not charge from alternator.

Yes some C's had access under entry steps. Another easy way to find it. Have someone flip disconnect off/on and locate the sound. Thats the relay.
