Which type of led bulbs

I have read numerous post here about led lights. I plan to replace all of my incandescent lights with led. I see different styles of bulbs, flat or round. I wanted to ask the great folks on this forum who have replaced their lights what type did you use. Just trying to figure out the advantages of each type.

Excellent info there and the colors are accurate.
Round bulbs give wide light patterns for general use - the flat panel will give a spot effect when placed in the fixture carefully.
I put a low power red bulb by the bed-nice and soft- or try a blue or green one!

PS The larger the LED's and fewer the number of LED's in each unit, the more spotty or disco light effect you'll get. Many small ones give smoother light. Get it?

Here is what I replaced my ceiling lights with

Used these in the ugly fixtures...LOL

5 x RV Boat LED Light Bulb 110 Lum G4 Tower 12V G4888 05 | eBay

Will probably change out the ugly fixtures.

I used LED's like these ones 10x T10 921 Wedge Warm White 24 5050 SMD LED Bulb AC DC 12V 28V | eBay They are 300 LM, warm white(3000 - 3500k).They are slightly brighter and slightly whiter than the incandesant 921 bulbs.
