Just a brief update. yelhelp and I were speaking privately. Just for clarification, he does have two 12V batteries... One is just deeply discharged (likely dead.) He is going to take it somewhere for further investigation into his issue.

whew. sometimes a private comversation is worth a thousand posts. Pictures are good to. still not clear on the breaker tho, or why two batteries were so different.
