Wiring for 2011 Brookstone front jacks HELP

My Tech is having problems with the wiring going to the control remote brain to the front jacks to jack motor. The brain was fried so we got a new one from Lippert. Lippert doesn't have any wiring diagram. Forest River doesn't have wiring diagram, Coachman Doesn't have wiring diagram DAH how do they make these?
I need to know where the wires go from switch (orange wire, red wire, black wire, white wire) Motor is reversable I know black and white.
Can anyone help or have a number I can call. My tech and I have all the places above with no luck.
If someone can look in there 5r and tell me what wires are connected it would help.
We think what fried the brain was the lift motor for the front jacks

Again, confused. You have a pic of where wires go to the box. You need to know where to wires lead to?

I am confused also but the tech has the wires on the box like the picture (he tells me) but can't figure out the wires to the front jacks switch. There are from what I remember a orange, white, red, black. He says the white should be ground but it's not. The white one is the one he is having trouble with, doesn't want to fry this box.
I know I asking alot but I need my trailer back and stop paying the $100+ an hour. I just need to know what colors are attached to each other from the switch to motor.

The white wires in my unit are ground. They all go to ground.

I am sending you pics from my unit. I hope it helps.

Thanks for the pictures! do you have hydraulic front jacks? I don't see the motor. You have the same year and model as mine and they have a whole different system. No wonder they don't have a schematic.
Thanks I will send these to my tech and see if it helps. What is the other box on the wall next to the remote mod?

My front jacks are hydraulic (6pt system). But I do have the older version with the square tubes with pins to pull for the adjustable legs, not the round tubes.

The other box is this:

My single hydralic pump (black) is on the right side, just above the hydralic tank (clear). It runs every hydraulic operation on the rig.

If you need more pics of something specific, let me know.

Thanks for taking the time to take pictures. So you don't have a switch on the outside of the unit that would have worked your front jacks?

Nope, no outside switch. I use the lippert pad for the 6pt and just the front jacks.

Not yet he said he had a BIG job to do and would be back in a week
The only reason I took it to this guy is because he was the only one that could do warranty work on the inverter I have. I will never take anything to him again. The problem with the inverter was the place that put the solar on and the 5 - 6volt batteries in didn't wire them right and didn't use big enough wire. For some reason it blew the remote brain which inturn made the slides, awning, and front jacks to stop working.

Still haven't got my trailer back hell the summer is almost over!!! He called today and said the remote brain controller that I just bought and he installed is bad. I have to talk to the Lippert Co that I got it from and get another one.
This is driving me nuts.

Well FINALLY got my trailer back and now most everything work manually and off the remote. He told me I need a new Landing gear motor (which I told him from the beginning and have bought one). Got home and starting putting the landing legs down and just about got it to where I was high enough and the pins broke in the landing gear legs!!!!! HOLY CRAP WHAT ELSE? So now I ordered the duel power conversation kit and rebuild kit for the one leg.
I had to use my 20 ton jack to get it off my truck.
The Tech that worked on my trailer said it was never wired right in the first place!
So now I will have 2 motors one each lifting each leg.
He also told me my solar is working right charging too much at 15 watts

hey wingedome
seeing you have the same trailer ALMOST as me can you tell me what these two black switches go to? They have power to them but don't seem to turn anything on or off.

They should be the same as mine. They are for speakers from your living room system. One should turn on the speakers in the bedroom, the other for the outdoor speakers. That is what they are for mine anyway.

Nice of them not to mark anything wasn't it. LOL

We didn't know at first either, thinking they may be for heaters in the tanks. Dealer was no help.

We marked our switches with a label maker. Looks like you did too.

What is the status of your 5th?

Your two black switches are speakers????? can't read them.
It's nice you have each slide with a switch. We liked that when we had a motorhome. This one goes bedroom, kit, so on. If I just want one I have to open or close the hydraulic valves in the front compartment.
I think I almost have the trailer ready to go. Waiting for a new drive leg. I did put a conversion kit in that now I have two motors one on each front leg.
I just couldn't understand why it wouldn't lift off my truck all the way, and the tech was no help he said it just needed a new motor! DAH
I guess the legs never got greased from the beginning.
I will now know to take the cap off the legs and put grease in.
I am finding alot of wires that are not crimped good and making for a bad connection. Didn't know why my cable tv would not work found that the coax was not hooked up just sitting there on the inside.
I am leaving the walls out of my storage for now so I can fix things as we are camping and not have to take all out.
