wiring problems

Lost power in trailer due to partial severing of power cable. This happened when cable got wound around hitch due to tight turn at fueling station Sharp edge of hitch cut through insulation and shorted several wires. Replaced power cable with new one. Replaced 2 fuses on pickup, (2004 Tundra) Got my marker lites back, but now I have don't have power inside the trailer I only have power inside trailer when ignition is turned on Somehow I can't get power from batteries (two deep cycle 6 volts). Checked all breakers and fuses in trailer they are all good Is there a hidden fuse or breaker causing this problem?

Look for one of these mini-breaker underneath front of trailer near tongue. Should have a small black reset button.
