Wiring question

Hi everyone,

There is a lot of open space near my sink and I was hoping to add storage under the counter in the wasted space. However, there are some wires there that I will need to move slightly, but before I do can someone tell me what they are for? I believe they are signal and running lights but am not sure. There are four - a red, white, green and brown. I attached a picture. Thanks

wiring

hi. not quite sure what the wiring is for. i would advise if putting anything near the wiring you cover with a corrugated split flex tubing and wrapping it with electrical tape to prevent any damage to the wires. tubing can be picked up at your lowes or home depot stores, typically located in the electrical department. i hope this info helps
