Wiring schematic for 29RE

Does anyone know if FR will release wiring schematics? I would love to have a copy for my Silverback 29RE.

Much of the critical wiring is exposed in critical areas, so I can figure most of it out with a minimum of head scratching, but a schematic would be useful for future troubleshooting.

Thanks

dg

Good luck. I don't think they really use one. They just string the wires everywhere and anyhow they can.

A lot of it is ran thru the bottom trailer frame itself. If you were to ever drop your underbelly you could access a lot of it but obviously not all of it. You may or may not want to see how sloppy it is under there. Quite scary.

I have been drawing up sketches of our wiring in our 20014 29RE and have completed about 75%.....So far I know they have used a DC volt "colour code" system. I have all the AC 100% from in and out of the main fuse panel I do not know the exact routing-don't really care just from "A" to "B"...I am now working on the mini fuse distribution for the 12 volts. Only found that the Fridge was labeled wrong at the breaker...nothin else yet......

Replaced metal elec box under hitch with a plastic one.....Soldered all connections and taped (got rid of plastic marretts)...ran a yellow wire from here to back of trailer and will install back up light and back up buzzer alarm...installed a ac outlet from spare breaker in main panel to front storage for the beer fridge and ?????? All connections in walls and ceilings appear to be OK!!!! the detector at the bottom of step under AC fuse panel has a fuse wired across it ..in the wall!! Also added (3) additional 12 volt lights in each storage area.......J

PS Dealer told me that FR would not give schematic info????? How do they tbl shoot???

I don't know about other manufacturers, but when I contacted Coachmen class "A" rep Nate Hedges [nhedges@forestriverinc.com], he emailed me a complete set of drawings.

Guess your privileged but i would not count on the accuracy. They wire about as bad as folks from China. Some of the stuff I've gotten from China with a wiring diagram is not very accurate. Later RJD

Well, I didn't feel "privileged", just well treated by the rep.
The point is that it's FR that will tell you if schematics are available, not some dealer who wants your service business instead of DIY.
And mine were accurate for the problem I was working on.
