'09 Surveyor SV304 EZ Lube Hubs?

I own a SV304 and was wondering if anyone knows if this model came with the EZ lube hubs?
We were coming back from Fort Wilderness on I-4 when I had a bearing go. The trailer had to be put on a flat bed and taken to Lazy Days in Tampa.
I had no idea these bearing would have to be greased so often. I have had boat trailers with Bearing Buddy's and never had an issue but I understand RV hubs are different.
Sure wish an owners manual came with these trailers that would show where everything is and what you have.
This has been a great trailer and am still pleased with the Forest River brand.

Not sure if you have Ez Hubs or not but check to see if you have a rubber cap in the center and have zirk fitting behind them if not pull the metal covers off and see if you have a zirk fitting behind that.

you should always check the hub's atleast once a year and verify you have grease.

I had a trailer that wiped a bearing out - had to replace it on the side of the road after it cooled off - lets say it wasnt fun but it got me home and had to tear it down and re do the bearings on all 4 axles.

Norther tool sell's the pre [acked hubs or just the bearings with seals - cheap cost of insurance for me since I have enough tools to do the repair on the side of the road.

Lots of info on EZ Lube hubs here.
Here are the manuals.

Annual repack is recommended maintenance by the manufacturer regardless of EZ lube hubs or not. The EZ Lube Zerk is for a pump or two before every long trip to make sure fresh grease is in the bearing.
