5th wheel landing gear locked up

Bear with me, I am new to this. My landing gear will not raise or lower from its current point, even plugged into power. I have checked the hydraulic valves on each jack and they are turned all the way out. The gear will move about an inch in either direction. I have checked all the fuses I could find. I was told that on the 2006 Wildcats with Lippor hydraulic system that they needed a 50 amp breaker installed. So if anyone has any means of assisting me on this matter I would really appreciate your assistance
Thanks

Sorry you're having trouble with the landing gear. When you say the gear only moves a small amount, do you mean they bind up, or does the pump stop?
Is the battery installed and fully charged? The hydraulic pump pulls directly off the battery.
There are a series of circuit breakers. Follow the positive battery cable and you should find them. Usually, the landing gear breaker is self re-setting, but it is possible that it has gone bad.

You need a fully charged 12v coach battery. Even plugged into shore power, if the 12v battery is toast it will not run the big electric hydraulic pump motor.
Get the battery tested and/or replaced.

As stated above it runs off of the battery and even on a 2015 Wildcat it had a replaceable 30 AMP fuse. I replaced it with a resettable fuse. Good Luck

Thanks for replying, I will replace the battery (it is dead and done). The hydraulics system binds, it will run up or down a few inches and you can hear that the system is engaged and as long as the gear switch is engaged the hydraulic pump system is making noise. If the new battery doesn't do the trick I will be back. Again Thanks Al
