Giant Recreation World, Palm Bay, Florida (formally Melbourne, FL) has serviced my Shasta Pheonix 5th wheel under warranty even though I bought it in Georgia. They are a Forest River dealer but do not handle the Shasta line, neverthless I have never been disappointed in the 3-4 times I have had warranty work done since 3/2015. Highly recommended.
