Axle location

I got the attached from Forest River related to my Grey Wolf 26DBH. Does anyone know if there is a way to tell at what point the axels are at?

That won't work very well if you don't have the trailer yet.

Why do you need to know before you have the trailer?

Since you are looking at a ProPride and need tongue weights and seems to require to know where fresh water tank is for ballast, what type of SUV do you have?

Yes that's exactly why I'm trying to figure it out. Just trying to figure out what effect weight in tanks will have on my tongue weight. I have an expedition el with the tow package. Max tow weight is 8700 lbs but Max tongue is only 900.

It's already been said, but if I was guessing based on the drawing... I would say under the freshwater tank based on the gap of the outside floor beams.

If you can post the 2 Ford stickers it would help....see example below. also what year is your Expedition and would you know final rear axle ratio?

Also there is threads on "towing with Ford Expedition" for reading....

A drawing like that is useless without a legend.

The expedition is a 2014 EL with tow package and 3.73 rear axle. The max tow is 8,700lbs and 900lb Max tongue weight. The dry weight of trailer is 5,622 so I'm figuring 6,600lbs loaded. Plan to put gear in trailer rather than vehicle for payload reasons.

With all the info that you provided and since trailer is already purchased, I think you might as well wait till you get it. Get the wdh of your choice and load your trailer ready to camp and then get all your weights at a scale. You will then be able to adjust your set up or at worst buy a larger tow vehicle.

My 26dbh was 5900 lbs when delivered. Running down the road was 6900 lbs with a 900 lb tongue weight. If you have the rear rack on the back bumper that can unload the hitch pretty easy. I found that out the hard way. What is the wheelbase of the expedition ?
