Yes, the pic I posted was from the past so everyone could see how they were mounted. I have not looked under it, I'm supposed to be working today . I was going to look tomorrow but due to weather will have to wait till Sunday.

WJ's in the Past had issues with Crack's above the slide opening's! The Factory replaced the Entire Side and Moved the Axles back 6"! BUT they only had "Wheel Well Centered" on the side they Replaced,Guess what the other side looked like after it was moved back 6" also! Are you sure your "Wheel Wells" were centered from the start? I have some pictures from last year but not at good angles to see if the tires are centered in the wheel wells or not. It has almost stopped raining, maybe I'll go out and take some pics underneath a little later.

I tied a rope to the tongue jack and stretched it down both sides of the trailer to check the axles and then I did the same to check the wheel wells. If I did it right, which I couldn't have based on the results, the axles and the wheel wells are the same distance from the tongue jack on each side.

Maybe the fender flare/wheel wells were installed incorrectly at the factory.
They just screw on.
It's entirely possible you just never noticed the difference until recently?
I am (of course) only speculating.

Tires wearing funny?
If it's that far off (from the photos) it should be scrubbing the rubber off.

Could you of just never noticed it?
Need to measure back the main rail on each side to a common point on both sides at the axle to know for sure. I would not put it past them to have cut the wheel clearance in the wrong location and then slid one of the skirts forward or back to cover it. Take a tape measure first and measure from the rear corner to the skirts.

I agree completely with Mr Havercamp. There is no possible way for the Torflex axles to move that far without them being completely detached from your trailer frame. Perhaps the difference in handling is due to a difference in loading, requiring an adjustment to your weight distribution system.

It is possible the torsion axles have settled after use. The rubber may have compressed. I would make sure all tire pressures are correct if not done already.

To make sure that it hasn't been this way since new I was looking back thru old pictures today to try and find some of the dirver's side I took when I first got the trailer and found these.
It's difficult to see because the pics are kind of dark but it looks like it's been this way since at least May of 2015 when I took these pics. It still concerns me and I'm still going to check and make sure the axles are square with the frame of the trailer and nothing has shifted.

You might also check everything on your WD/S hitch and how the weight is distributed in your trailer and tow vehicle. We went from a 1500 Suburban to a 2500 HD and it threw everything off on the hitch and how we loaded equipment and supplies in both TT and TV. Hitch bolts were also lose and needing re-torqued. Didn't think it would manner that much, but it did.
