While headed to the Olympic Peninsula on I-5 I felt the trailer tug and saw the Stealth lurch in the mirror. When I stopped to check on things I found three of the four tires had nails. These were the original factory delivered tires with 6700 miles on them. The best place close by was Les Schwab where I bought four new 10 ply Toyos. (Best option I had) with all four tires off they lowered one jack to use elsewhere and when the front axle settled on the jack stand and bent like a straw. They have a new axle coming tomorrow so tonight we camp at Les Schwab!
So my plan to research and buy new tires this winter has been totally blown away.
