BAL jacks will not hold any weight

they just unscrew as soon as I put some weight on them ..
any way to fix ?

They are not to be used to jack the trailer. They are to be used to stabilize the unit. The jacks should not unscrew on their own.

Try cleaning the threaded rod and the "nut". It needs to be dry enough to bind and hold when the jack is extended.

X2. Somethings wrong there. They should be able to pick the wheels off the ground without unscrewing. As the OP said,they should not be used to jack the trailer. Run it up on boards until it's level then use the jacks to take the wiggle out of the trailer.
