BigFoot system Question

We have a 2016 Sunseeker 2860 DS with the Bigfoot System. I believe that it runs of the AC side VS dc? The reason I'm asking is when you turn the battery power switch off the big foot lights stay on. The lights that stay on are the front and rear lights, So I pushed the on off switch on the big foot (power button) and the lights stay on, the big foot same two. Shouldn't there be a way to turn it off - brand new to this so getting confused on how these things work? Thanks Also the RV is parked on Gravel.

Your Bigfoot system runs off your coach batteries. Your system is telling you that you have or did have a low battery condition. Once this happens your system will not automatically reset. Charge batteries. Once batteries are charged you must manually reset your Bigfoot system. On the back of your Bigfoot control board is one plug. Unplug for 30 seconds then plug back in. If your batteries are charged the system will reset.

Thanks, Do I need to remove the screws on the front panel to remove the plug I can reach around the back which is under the ref ridge but is hard to get to and Im not sure if you just the the plug to remove it or if you need to push a clip first, I don't want to bend a pin if that is how it is connected. Thanks again

I have done it from under the fridge without unscrew from wall. But you need long arms and be able to bend. Then pins in the plug are delicate.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the OP's BF levelers. The levelers don't use the same cable as the Cut-off switch.
Check out my thread.
