Brake Controller

Well as I said before I had a horrible drive 1st time out with my new 5th wheel. So I decided to replace the shocks on my truck and I have had a Prodigy Brake Control in the truck since 2003. So I changed that also. Has anyone heard of the electric brakes pulsating on and off while driving? Without you activating them with the brake pedal. The dealer moved my 7 pin plug from normal spot to up in the bed of truck for an easier spot to plug 5th wheel in. Haven’t driven it yet with new shocks or controller. Will test drive tomorrow but could it be a grounding issue with the controller so as when U hit a rough section in the road they pulse on and off. If it does it with new controller I will unplug it then test drive again and see what happens. Just curious if anyone had anything like this happen to them?
