Brakes not working

Help. My 2015 f150 will not stop my trailer even at 10. My old truck locked her up at 5. Had it in to shop truck gets juice to pin. Had trailer in all fine. What am I missing

trailer brakes either not adjusted correctly or shot or the tv brake controller not set high enough

I would check the settings in the Driver Information Center (DIC -- the lcd screen in your dash). The gain is one adjustment; the "effort" is another. "effort" is adjusted via the settings menu.

Keep in mind, Fords controller limits the trailer braking at low speeds.
