Hankook RA08; 195R14 is what you need , 8 ply, load range D 99 mph, and carries 300# more per tire than the st205

The response from the dealer is that we won't do anything since there is no warranty on those tires..
recstuff.com will not get our business again.
Oh and BIL said the bubble was caused from rubbing the curbs....

That doesn't look like curb rub. Especially with the extrusion nipples still intact.

This isn't the first time I've seen somebody post something about a switch to Hankook....but what I find strange, is that the only way you can find them is through a google search. There is ZERO on the Hankook website about them.

recstuff.com had a change of heart or whatever and has shipped a replacement tire. Don't know what we are going to do with it since we have already purchased replacement tires and received half the shipment last night.

If you didn't order five of them, then put the one they're shipping to you on the spare. Or buy a cheap wheel and have two spares.

All 4 tires have been replaced and the china bombs are up for sale on CL. DH stated that the new tires are more stable with not quite so much bounce and sway.

China bombs have been sold and the new tires performed great. I think DH learned cheap isn't all that great.
