Camper not level

I have a new 2015 194HW A frame camper. On my first excursion, I noticed that it does not sit level when being towed. One side is almost 2" higher than the other, even with no water in the tank. I have checked it on a level garage floor, disconnected from the tow vehicle.
Is there a way to adjust this?

I'd be heading back to dealer with that one.

I'm sure your rig is out of warranty I believe what I would do is take very detailed measurements (after talking to the spring shop) and then take the spring on the low side to a spring shop and have it re-arched to bring the rig back to level. I did this on my Class A with great results.

I purchased it new in Oct 2016. It is a 2015 model. I expect it should be in warranty. There are no springs visible, just a torque arm.

Take it to the dealer if its in warranty and let them deal with it. It may as simple as adjusting the torque tube on that side. I assumed it was bought in 14 or 15 and that it had springs but you know what assume stands for!

I was hoping it was something I could adjust. I don't see any way to do that. Guess I will have to take it to a dealer.
Thanks for the response.
