Height wise you may be ok but be sure to measure carefully. I upped the tire size on my trailer but the sidewall width was the determining factor. I was able to go up one size from stock tires and went from 14" wheels to 15" wheels.

I dont think I should go up 1 size. I was laying under RV last night and there is not muck clearence between the tire and the floor and actually there is a rub mark from both front tires on the floor already.
