Caulking before eternabond

I am finally going to eternabond my roof seams, if we ever get a nice day! I thought all the caulking underneath was in good shape but now I see that there is some cracking in the caulking around the antenna. Because it’s a lumpy, awkward spot, it seems like it might be a good idea to recaulk the cracked spot before applying the tape?
How long should I let it cure before putting eternabond over it?

Depending on the weather, I'd wait at least a week.

I was told to either just tape right over the top (as long as you have a wide enough piece to overlap) or just remove it and tape over the top of that.

I know my self-leveling Dicor I put on the back seam took several weeks to fully cure.
