Cedar Creek 38EL Torque settings

I just purchased a new Champagne 38EL, can anyone tell me the correct torque setting for the wheels? Tires are 215/75 R17.5

Forest River told me 120-140 in an email, but the manual shows 190-210 ft lbs for a 17.5" cone nut, and it shows 275-325 ft lbs for a 17.5" flange nut. I don't know if my wheels are cone or flange.

Thanks!!

Dexter Axle Wheel Torque Ratings

Here's the link. You'll need to look at the lug nuts to see if they are flat / flanged or Conical / Coned nuts to determine proper torque.
