Center tire change

So, I',m getting ready for our annual long trip and decided to lube the bearings. While I was under there, I got to thinking, how would you change the center tire on a triple axle toyhauler if you were on the highway? I had a few issues with my old 5er, and ended up changing blowouts on the highway a few times. Sure doesn't seem like something that's going to be easy or fun! Wonder how those wheel ramps work on a triple axle.

Changing the center tire was easy for me on my 48 foot goose neck trailer. The worst was the rear tire. I used wooden blocks and when I got the center tire on top of the blocks the tire with all the weight was bulged down (Made the tire shorter) and it made for a very hard tire change. I looked at it and it seems like a narrow block the tire hangs over the block and looses height.
