Coachmen 2002 - 1 out of 4 hydraulic leveling jack lacks power

Hi Everyone.

My father owns a Coachman 2002 approx 34' long.

Model: F53
Make (Manufacturer): Ford
Model year: 2002
Manufactured in: United States (North America)
Sequential number: 03982
Engine capacity: V10, 6.8L (415 CID) 20V SOHC EFI
Engine series: V-10 6.8L
Fuel type: Gasoline

The issue we have is the rear passenger side leveling jack lacks power. (jacks are all hydraulic)
Unlike other threads I have read, this is not an issue where the jack can't retract or go down.

All of the jacks are able to go down and retract, except that once the left passenger side jack hits the ground, it seems like it lacks power to go further down and lift...

All the other jacks are able to push down and lift the RV up; the problem is only with the one jack...

Anyone experienced this and can point us in the right direction?

Thanks!

Richard
