Someone may have removed it at one time and bent it.....my dealer sells them for $.90 a piece.....they're easy to dent installing, so I made a special tool to install them.......also, if one took them to a bench grinder and beveled the lip that fits into hub, it'd be easier to start them into hub straight The tool I made was to take a hole saw the size of cap at the ridge that sits against hub, when installed, bored a hole in a short piece of 2x4, then cut another short 2x4 piece to use against piece with hole and act as a surface to tap the cap in and not split the piece with the hole
