Discount Tire Co certificates

Has anyone purchased the road hazard certificates from discount tire co when purchasing tires for their TT? I've purchased them in the past for passenger vehicles including my hunting vehicles and had good experiences with them honoring them. I can remember pulling into discount tire with cactus thorns in my sidewalks and having all 4 tires replaced for free in my truck. Just wondering if anyone has attempted to take in an Rv tire that has blown out and had it replaced by them no questions asked. They claim that they will replace them if they happen to blow, but wonder what real life experiences you guys might have had. Thanks

I had to replace two tires on our LaCrosse while traveling through Macon Ga in June of this year and got the road hazard certificates for them. Have not had to use one but noticed that it was good for three years from date of purchase.

I've been purchasing most tires from either TR or DTD for some time now.
I don't purchase the certificates, but I don't have any DT stores in my area either.

Can't remember the last time I had a tire issue that I'd have used one on. If I have to replace a tire, I've already saved enough money and then some to do so.

When I replaced the tires on the toy hauler with 10 plys I bought the certificates, and have used 2 already for something in the road (metal).

Thanks for the replies guys. I went ahead and purchased the certificates as there are DT stores all over my area and they were only $18 per tire. Four new 10 ply Carlisle's balanced, mounted, valve stems, with the certificates and one 15 inch rim for spare tire for $521.
