driver side brakes engage harder/quicker

I noticed two things, that I think are related. When parking the rig, I always notice the wheels on the left/driver side are hotter, and I can smell the hot brakes. I also noticed that in a sudden stop, the left side brakes locked before the rights.

I have no problem stopping the rig, always brakes in a straight line, and stays stable in wet. I would assume if only the left side was working, it would do weird things.

I looked at the wiring. The brake wire seems to hit the left side first, then travel through the axle to the right. I believe the rights are working, just not as hard.

Frankly not sure if this a real problem or not. thoughts?

I understand the brakes are electric therefore the left side first should not be a factor IMO. Is it possible the brakes are adjusted differently - closer to the drum on the left side and therefore engaging earlier?

I have not pulled the wheels to take a look. As I said, since it drives normal, I really have not been to keen about it. It was one of those lingering thoughts running through my head.
